On June 9th, 2020, Bentley helped save the lives of three children at Holly Recreation. As a Clarkston resident at the time, the Independence Fire Department as well as Independence Firefighters, Local 2629 wanted to present this award to him for his heroic actions that day. During COVID that year, we were unable to get him his award but we are so grateful that we were able to give him his award a couple of days ago! Great job to Bentley!
